As we closely monitor the global and national response to the Coronavirus COVID-19, and out of an abundance of caution, Gayda & Associates has taken proactive steps to do what is best to protect our customers, employees, and our extended community of families, friends and neighbors. These measures include, but are not limited to, limiting travel and our attendance at public events, moving more of our communications and engagements to digital environments, and providing our employees who can work from home the opportunity to do so.
While situations evolve outside of our work lives and we all adjust to the "new normal" during these trying and confusing times, feel confident that we have the infrastructure, resources and technology solutions necessary to continue servicing our customers with excellence.
With tax season in full swing, please call ahead when picking up your tax return and we will come outside for you. We will be canceling our face-to-face appointments and having all clients drop their paperwork off at either the Merrillville or Valparaiso location. We will be limiting our office hours too, so please call ahead. If we change any of these procedures we will update our site.
